By accessing and using the Stage Ready Tan website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of this website.

A £40 deposit is required to secure a booking. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. All payments must be made by bank transfer using the details provided in your confirmation email. Full payment must be received before your appointment if you choose the deposit option.

All deposits are non refundable. Deposits may be retained in the event of cancellation or non attendance.

Requests to reschedule must be sent by email to maria@stagereadytan.com. All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within a reasonable timeframe as determined by Stage Ready Tan.

You are responsible for following all preparation guidance provided on this website and within your confirmation email. You must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect your tanning treatment. Stage Ready Tan is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow preparation instructions or from undisclosed conditions.

Stage Ready Tan will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss including lost income if services cannot be carried out due to circumstances beyond our control. Where liability applies, it is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.

You must follow the instructions of Stage Ready Tan staff at all times. Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or inappropriate may result in refusal of service without refund.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Stage Ready Tan. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to this processing.

Stage Ready Tan may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and become effective upon posting.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
